My top 3 sugar free cake recipes for Autumn 🍁

Hi Reader,

I enjoy baking immensely - and if you'd come over to mine on a weekend, I'd definitely use it as an excuse to bake a cake. The mixing of the batter, tasting in between, the smell that fill the house while it bakes... it's all part of the fun.

I also have to say that I love nothing more than serving sugar free cakes to carb-lovers.... and to see their amazement that my recipes taste so "real".

And last but not least, I love EATING cake!

Here are 3 recipes I like to serve during autumn. And because you know that I love all my recipes, today I'll let my readers talk:

CARROT CAKE - "Oh my GOSH Katrin! I tried your sugar free carrot cake for my diabetic son, he had a craving, He said it was just sooooooo amazing, and that it was every bit as good as my Regular Carrot Cake made with sugar and all purpose flour. Carrot cake is a big deal in our family, it was my dad's favourite. When my son told me how good it was, I had to try a piece myself. and it was truly remarkable!!" (Deborah)

PUMPKIN PIE - Does this count as a cake? Let's say yes. And over to Cathy: "Wow, this pie tastes so good! I bought a can of pumpkin straight after i saw your post and made the pie that same evening. My husband, who is a type 2 diabetic, loved it too."

GINGERBREAD CAKE - "I baked this cake for the first time at the weekend and it's delicious! It's truly an amazing recipe and one I'll be baking again, and again." (Joanna)
