6 must-make keto comfort food recipes

Hi Reader,

Autumn is my favourite season. I love the crispness in the air, the colourful leaves and the big pile of uber-adorable decorative pumpkins in my local greengrocers.

But the best thing about autumn? Comfort food. Warming soups, energy-replenishing stews and casseroles... and of course, DESSERTS!

These recipes are on my personal to-make list right now, from breakfast through to dinner:

1. Keto Oatmeal Cookies - Oatmeal cookies without the oats! Perfect with a cup of coffee 😍

2. Chicken Soup - We all know there's NOTHING better than chicken soup to chase away a cold. Plus, it's good for the soul!

3. Cottage Pie - This one has the creamiest "no-tato" topping. It freezes well - great for batch cooking.

4. Beef Stew - I've been looking forward to this one all summer! I'll show you how I thicken my stews without the need for starches or flours.

5. Butternut Squash Soup - I've found a way to make it keto friendly!

6. Carrot Cake for 2 - The speediest keto carrot cake you'll find on the net. And the most delicious.
