Fabulous Fast Food Favourites... low carb, of course!

Hi Reader,

Let me show you how to make classic fast food favourites keto friendly!

With a few tweaks, you can enjoy hot dogs, burgers and Co without piling on the carbs.

Here are my top recipes, in no particular order:

Pizza - Readers LOVE this recipe. Here's what Pam said: "I have made this pizza crust recipe several times and absolutely love it!. It makes the best tasting pizza and the crust is crispy - reheats well in air fryer and is actually even better as leftover! Even if I was not watching carbs this would still be my go to recipe." And Jeanie: "Another winner, Katrin! I love thin and crispy. Hubby prefers thick and chewy. BUT he still stole some of my slices! So, that’s the highest praise for this recipe. And, it was easy with common keto ingredients. Thank you!"

Onion rings - These are super crispy and taste totally authentic

Chicken nuggets - tender and juice on the inside, with my signature low carb "breading"

Hot dogs - With a homemade almond flour bun

Burritos - A fun meal for the entire family, low carb or not. The net carbs per beef burrito are just 4.1g net carbs, including all fillings.

French Fries - Yes, these are low in carbs! (Serve with homemade sugar free ketchup)

The Best Chocolate Milkshake - Sooo thick and creamy!!

All I could think of was biting into a crusty roll!! Well, I finally managed to get my act together and started baking my own bread using almond flour, coconut flour and other low carb ingredients. And I can honestly say that while keto bread will never taste exactly like a slice of sourdough, it's a great substitution - and it is...

Hi Reader, Getting a good crunch in sugar free baking can be a challenge. My readers often ask me for my crunchiest cookies. And since we are firmly inching towards cookie baking season (at least I think we are 😂😂), here are my crispy crunchy top 3 low carb cookies. Biscotti - The classic Italian almond biscuits made low carb! Ginger Snaps - Keto ginger snaps are easy to make, extra crispy and particularly good dunked in coffee :) Walnut Cookies - A super healthy take on classic Dolci di Noci...

Hi Reader, I enjoy baking immensely - and if you'd come over to mine on a weekend, I'd definitely use it as an excuse to bake a cake. The mixing of the batter, tasting in between, the smell that fill the house while it bakes... it's all part of the fun. I also have to say that I love nothing more than serving sugar free cakes to carb-lovers.... and to see their amazement that my recipes taste so "real". And last but not least, I love EATING cake! Here are 3 recipes I like to serve during...
