My top 5 lunch recipes

Hey Reader –

In my opinion, lunch recipes need to be quick, easy and delicious.

Of course, it's amazing to have leftovers from last night's feast - but sadly, that's not always the case, right?

That's why I wanted to pop into your inbox today with my top 5 speedy low carb lunch recipes.

  1. Egg salad. I have loved this since I was a kid and finally posted my favourite recipe on the blog TODAY. I serve this on keto bread or in lettuce leaves (and it is what I will eat after I send off this email).
  2. Tomato soup. This soup is super simple and just packed with flavour.
  3. Keto fried rice - You can make this from scratch in just 15 minutes. It is filling and so satisfying.
  4. Caesar salad - With or without a grilled chicken breast, it's one of my go to lunch recipes.
  5. Crack slaw - For those days when you are VERY HUNGRY. Ready in just 15 minutes.

I hope I've given you some inspiration for next week's lunches. Enjoy your Sunday
