My top 10 treats - for cravings and for Mother's Day!

Hey Reader –

Here in the UK we've had Mother's Day already (back in March). But since I'm German, I feel there's an opportunity to celebrate it twice 😂😍.

Do you have a mother in your life you'd like to treat this Sunday?

Here are my top 10 sugar-free desserts to choose from:

  1. Olive Oil Cake - The most gorgeous flavour, lovely for a Sunday brunch. Includes lemon thyme.
  2. German Butter Cake - …because it reminds me of my childhood.
  3. Rhubarb Cake - perfect for this time of year. I wish rhubarb was available all year round!
  4. Mug Cheesecake - This is a single serve baked cheesecake that you make in the microwave. Tastes so good.
  5. Avocado Brownies - Healthy brownies! Very fudgy, too.
  6. Vanilla Coconut Flour Cake - The lightest, fluffiest coconut flour cake ever.
  7. No Bake Cheesecake - My go to classic cheesecake recipe.
  8. Lemon Pound Cake - This tastes so fragrant. It is extra fluffy because of my secret ingredient - yoghurt.
  9. Lemon Mug Cake - And here is the small version for two. Equally lemon-y.
  10. Raspberry Frozen Yoghurt - In case it's hot where you are and you'd like something light and refreshing. Ready to eat in just 12 minutes!

Please let me know if you make something from this list by leaving a comment on the blog. I love to hear feedback!

All I could think of was biting into a crusty roll!! Well, I finally managed to get my act together and started baking my own bread using almond flour, coconut flour and other low carb ingredients. And I can honestly say that while keto bread will never taste exactly like a slice of sourdough, it's a great substitution - and it is...

Hi Reader, I enjoy baking immensely - and if you'd come over to mine on a weekend, I'd definitely use it as an excuse to bake a cake.
